Co-ordination and facilitation from accountants, auditors, and all other stakeholders feeding into the meeting papers.

Compile the meeting agenda in liaison with the responsible Management team, CFO or CEO and obtain the Chairperson’s approval.
Draft written resolutions as and when required and circulate for approval, monitor the responses, and ensure the correct % is obtained.
Inform the members and the affected Management team of the outcome.
Drafting of action plans of matters arising from the meetings within 5 working days after the meetings or within 48 hours after the meeting should the resolution taken be business critical.
